YOUR PRIVACY
Your information. Handled with care.
A short explanation of what we collect and how the prayer calendar works.
Privacy notice
City Prayer Movement collects the information you voluntarily provide to join a prayer calendar or send an enquiry. Prayer sign-ups request your name, email address, chosen city, day and hour, and (for one-off prayers) the specific date. Enquiries may also include your city and message.
Why we collect it
We use this information to coordinate city-wide prayer, provide a way to manage a prayer commitment, reply to enquiries and maintain the service. We do not publish your name or email address on the public prayer calendar. Only aggregate coverage counts are public.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored in the website's private database on the hosting provider chosen by the organisers. Organiser access is password protected. Personal information is not sold.
Your choices
You can cancel a prayer commitment using the private management link given at sign-up. To request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, use the contact form.
Service providers
Hosting and (when enabled) transactional-email providers may process the data needed to operate the site. The organisers should review their providers and privacy obligations before public launch.
Retention and policy review
Personal information should be reviewed and deleted when no longer necessary for coordination and legal obligations. This notice is an initial policy and should be finalised by the responsible organisation before launch, including the legal operator's name, retention periods and contact details.
